Development blueprints for the financier's secluded Caribbean island among the photographs.
Also featured in this new document disclosure is shown to be a property layout for Great St James island, situated in the American territory.
The financier purchased a more modest island - the Little St James - originally in the late 1990s, but acquired the larger adjacent island in the year 2016 for around $22.5 million.
The released images reveal he had drawn up ambitious plans to develop the substantial island by erecting homes, an amphitheatre, an office beneath the waves and a swimming pool.
Visible on the plan is a channel, a marine passage in the region, indicated on the south-eastern section.
The site plan is covered in handwritten red notes and features a legend labelling distinct sections of the property.
Alongside this are what seem to be an additional nine site drawings and engineering blueprints, featuring designs for dock shelters.
Further materials made public as part of the continuing oversight release.
